Celebrity Nude Photo Hacking Victims to sue for $100 Million
A lawyer representing the celebrities involved in the nude photo hacking scandal is threatening to sue Google for $100 Million. The lawyer, Martin Singer, stated that posting stolen photographs of celebrities such as Jennifer Lawrence, Kate Upton, Jenny McCarthy, Rihanna, Kirsten Dunst and Kim Kardashian, is a violation of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
The FBI is still investigating the theft but has still not found the culprits. Thousands of photos have been released on to the internet which have been viewed by an untold amount of views.
